PPG Industries (UK) Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Enniskillen Johnstone’s Decorating Centre. The role focuses on supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our products through the Johnstone’s brand.

The successful candidate will participate in in-store training, handle stock and payments, and contribute to a positive, efficient team environment while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of IT systems required or desirable.
• Training will be provided to support you in-store.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Store Manager in all operational and staffing issues.
• Provide high levels of customer service and ensure this is maintained by all staff.
• Undertake training to confidently select products and promote the brand.
• Be aware of promotions and help achieve sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in store.
• Oversee stock entering and leaving the premises.
• Process cash and card payments, place orders and check stock.
