Poltronesofa in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, coach and develop the team, and ensure first-class customer service. You will drive sales, manage rotas, and create a welcoming showroom environment.

This full-time role offers £37,000–£50,000 per year with commission, a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and opportunities for career progression within a growing brand.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day to day operation of the store.
• Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets.
• Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to do perform at their best.
• Manage sales budgets and delivery targets.
• Manage rotas, holidays and sickness.
• Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints.
• Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them.
• Recruit, train and develop your team.
• Review and manage your team's performance.
• Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation.
