Poltronesofa in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, coach and develop the team, and ensure first-class customer service. You will drive sales, manage rotas, and create a welcoming showroom environment.

This full-time role offers £37,000–£50,000 per year with commission, a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and opportunities for career progression within a growing brand.

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Cheltenham. As a Store Manager, you'll be expected to manage the day to day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service. As a Store Manager you can earn up to £50,000 with commission.
