Poltronesofa in Cheltenham is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor for part‑time hours. You’ll welcome customers into the store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a warm, five‑star shopping experience from start to finish.

The role is 28 hours across four days, with competitive pay (£10.85–£12.71 per hour) plus uncapped commission and a range of staff benefits. No previous furniture sales experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms looking their best through housekeeping and moving furniture when needed.
• Help ensure showrooms are welcoming, safe environments for everyone.
• Continuously develop knowledge on Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required by the role.
