Poltronesofa is seeking a Store Manager for our Carlisle store. You will lead the team daily, coach staff, and drive the store to achieve targets while delivering a first-class customer experience.

You will manage operations, schedules, and budgets, ensuring high standards of service and a safe showroom environment. The role offers a competitive package with bonus potential and progression opportunities.
