Our company boasts a long standing heritage and continues to be one of the fastest growing toys and games companies within the industry. With evergreen brands and products designed and manufactured in-house we unite all generations through the power of play through our range of puzzles, games, arts and crafts, construction, BRIO and TCG.

We are seeking a motivated dual store manager/area manager for our new store in the Swindon Designer Outlet Centre which opens in June 2025. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Store Manager and an Area Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store while providing leadership and strategic oversight for additional store locations within a defined region. The position ensures operational excellence, drives sales performance, develops store teams, and maintains brand standards across all assigned sites. You will contribute with the set up of the store up, driving it to be a success and, of course, show a passion for our fantastic products.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting with the set-up and management of the shop
• Assisting by inspiring the team to deliver the highest level of service.
• Responsibility for the visual appearance and store success
• Supervising and supporting store managers or key holders in other locations within the region.
• Conducting regular visits to other stores
• Providing coaching and development to store leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Standardizing processes and ensuring consistent brand execution across all stores.
• Act as liaison between upper management and local store teams.
• Product orders and product logistics/warehousing
• Product presentation, product labelling and sales promotion measures
• Product range design in consultation with the central sales department / country-specific requirements
• Be a point of contact and interface to centre management and administration
• Commercial training and experience in retail, experience in a shop management or deputy function.
• The ability to demonstrate a progressive retail management experience, including multi-store oversight.
• Availability to travel between store locations as needed.
