Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in the UK. You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support eye care services with the latest optical technology. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results.
• Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
