Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across our premium eyewear stores. You will drive customer experience, sales growth and operational excellence while working with leading brands in the optical sector.

This role offers opportunities to lead service delivery and eye care initiatives using the latest optical technology. We value strong leadership, coaching ability and a track record of delivering results in a consumer retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or retail leader.
