Job summary

Vision Express, part of the EssilorLuxottica group, is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across leading brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada. The role offers the opportunity to grow within a global med-tech business and to influence store performance daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness with track record of delivering results.
• Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
