Vision Express Ryde Tesco is seeking a Store Manager to lead a small, high-expectation team on the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll become part of a growing optical and med-tech business, focusing on coaching, culture, and performance.

You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, staff development, and ensuring exceptional standards while supporting the store’s commercial objectives and customer satisfaction.
