Store Manager – Vision Express (Metrocentre, Gateshead)

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a large, high‑performing retail team
• Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
• Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
• Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
• Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability
• Partner with support teams to deliver continuous improvement in a flagship environment
