Vision Express is looking for a Store Manager Designate to support stores across the Bristol area, helping lead teams, deliver exceptional customer service and drive growth. This role offers a clear path toward a Store Manager position for ambitious retail or hospitality leaders.

You'll gain exposure to multiple locations, coach colleagues, manage operations and build strong stakeholder relationships, all within one of the UK's leading optical retailers backed by EssilorLuxottica.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Background in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
• Ambition to develop into a Store Manager and build a long-term leadership career
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations
• Full flexibility to travel across the Bristol area to support different stores
• Optics experience is not required – we'll support you to learn everything you need

As a Store Manager Designate, you'll support stores across the Bristol area, gaining exposure to different teams, challenges and opportunities while building towards your first Store Manager position.
