Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Cheltenham to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be accountable for store performance, driving sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll manage and develop a high-performing team, maintain high store standards, and make commercial decisions to maximise profits.
