Job summary

B&M Retail in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be accountable for store performance, driving sales, motivating your team and delivering a brilliant customer experience every day.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and you will own the store, making commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit while managing stock and KPIs.
