Job summary

B&M Retail in Andover is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. You’ll take full accountability for store performance, drive sales, lead your team and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

As the store leader, you’ll be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with ownership of KPIs, stock control and commercial decisions to maximise profitability.
