B&M Retail in Gateshead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Initially this role will be a designate across stores in the area; travel across the Gateshead region is essential. You will own store performance, lead from the front, optimise stock, and deliver exceptional customer experience every day.
