Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager in Trowbridge to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own store performance, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day while managing a flexible schedule across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, maintain high store standards, and make commercial decisions to maximise profitability.
