Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Store Manager for the Walsall Area to lead by example, inspire a frontline team and drive sales in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

You will own day-to-day operations, coaching staff, ensuring stock integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Health & Safety standards while supporting Heron Foods' growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• Passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results.
