Job summary

Heron Foods is looking for a Store Manager to lead a busy Belgrave Gate store in Leicester. You will drive sales, manage the team, and ensure store presentation, stock control and safety compliance are maintained to a high standard.

With a focus on coaching and developing staff, you’ll create a supportive, high-energy environment that delivers excellent customer service and a great shopper experience, aligned with the company’s fast-paced, community-focused culture.
