Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy discount store and motivate a team to achieve strong sales results in a community-focused setting.

You will oversee daily operations, from store presentation and stock management to health and safety compliance, while delivering outstanding customer service and coaching team members for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
