Job summary

Heron Foods in Castleford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store and drive sales performance. You will manage a team, oversee daily operations, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience in a fast-paced community setting.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering growth opportunities for your team.
