David Clulow Opticians is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver premium service in a vibrant retail environment. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through designer frames and lenses.

No optical experience is required; you will learn fittings, adjustments and pre-screening while upholding impeccable visual standards and exceptional customer care, in a fast-paced luxury setting.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where premium service really matters:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience - welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments - learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high-quality eye care - support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards - support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
