Job summary

Caffè Nero UK is seeking Store Managers who will own their store, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll lead a team, train staff, and ensure every customer leaves with a personalised experience.

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
