Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking Store Managers to own and run individual stores across the UK and Ireland, delivering exceptional service and outstanding operational standards.

You will lead and develop teams, coach staff, and ensure every customer experience is personalised—from coffee quality to store presentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Store Managers take ownership of their store, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading by example.
• Deliver great coffee and seasonal drinks, ensuring every order is a personal experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the customer area and back-of-house.

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
