Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced manager who loves coffee and cake and delivering excellent customer service. You will develop and support your team while ensuring smooth store operations.

The role includes opening and closing the store, with flexibility across hours between 5am and 7pm, and lone-working when needed. No prior coffee experience is required as full training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies, with great perks and opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee is not required; full training provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.
• Strong communication and people management skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and lone-working scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and cafe standards.
• Open and close the store as required and manage daily operations.
• Develop and support team members through coaching and on-the-job training.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.
