Job summary

Caffè Nero in Tees Valley is hiring Assistant Managers to support the Store Manager, coach teams and drive service standards. You’ll lead by example, deliver great coffee and customer experience, and help the store run smoothly across front and back-of-house.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

The starter rate for Assistant Managers in this location is £12.91 per hour, increasing to £13.06 with service.
