Job summary

Caffè Nero in Northern Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a busy team and deliver our signature 1-2-1 service style.

You’ll train, coach and manage front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring safety and cleanliness while delivering outstanding customer experience. The starter rate starts at £12.91 per hour, rising to £13.06 with service, with opportunities to grow your career.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!
