Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and create a welcoming, customer-focused environment. You will set direction, drive performance, and ensure the store runs smoothly with emphasis on payroll, merchandising, and people development.

You will collaborate with District and Regional Managers to identify opportunities for growth, celebrate successes, and implement improvements.
