Job summary

Card Factory in Redcar is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and shape a positive culture with a customer-first mindset. You will coach, support, and bring energy to every decision, using data to keep improvements moving forward.

You will work closely with District and Regional Managers to grow and celebrate success, hiring and payroll oversight while creating a workplace where people thrive and feel valued.
