Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, set direction, and create a positive culture where staff feel supported and valued.

You will coach, motivate, and celebrate wins, using data to drive decisions and keep the store on track. You’ll work closely with District and Regional Managers to grow performance and celebrate success. There’s no fixed closing date; apply early.
