Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a team, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that motivates colleagues and delights customers.

You will own day-to-day operations, from hiring and coaching to merchandising and payroll, while collaborating with District and Regional managers to drive store performance.
