Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a dynamic store team and create an engaging, customer-focused environment. You will guide daily operations, coach colleagues and drive performance using data to keep targets on track.

You will collaborate with District and Regional Managers to grow the business, refine merchandising, and celebrate team wins, while maintaining high standards and customer service. Apply early as needs arise.
