Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store and drive a positive team culture. You’ll hire, coach, and develop staff while ensuring excellent customer service and effective merchandising. You’ll manage payroll, budgets, and daily store operations to hit targets and deliver growth.

Working closely with District and Regional Managers, you’ll implement plans, monitor performance with data, and celebrate wins as a team. This role is on site in the UK retail network.
