Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store with a focus on building a strong team and a positive culture. You will guide hiring, coaching, merchandising and payroll to ensure high standards of customer service.

You’ll work closely with District and Regional Managers to identify growth opportunities, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement across the store network.
