B&M Retail in Port Talbot is seeking a Store Manager for the Baglan Bay store. You will lead from the front, driving performance, coaching a high-energy team and delivering an outstanding customer experience across busy trading hours.

You will make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit, manage stock, and ensure high store standards. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
