B&M Retail Limited in Lincoln is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, high-turnover store. You’ll take full accountability for performance, drive sales, and deliver a great customer experience day in and day out.

Initially in a Designate role covering the Lincoln area, with flexibility to travel to other stores; you’ll mentor a team, set standards, and make commercial decisions that maximise profit.
