B&M Retail Limited in Newark is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Northgate Retail Park store. You'll own store performance, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

You're a hands-on leader with a proactive approach, comfortable working across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and focused on delivering results while maintaining high store standards.
