Job summary

B&M Retail in Newark is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. You’ll be accountable for store performance, customer experience and team leadership, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will champion customer service excellence, drive sales, manage stock and KPIs, and make commercial decisions to maximise profitability while maintaining store standards and compliance.
