Job summary

Rituals Group is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique in Manchester. You’ll drive daily operations, sales and customer service, while shaping a small, high-performing team.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop talent, oversee stock and cash handling, and act as the brand ambassador, ensuring impeccable presentation and guest experiences that reflect Rituals' premium standards.
