Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a Store Manager for one of our premium Manchester boutiques. You’ll lead a small team, coach staff, and run daily operations with a focus on sales and brand standards.

As heart of the shop, you’ll hire, train, build guest relationships, and ensure flawless service during opening hours, including evenings and weekends. The role comes with onboarding, incentives, and access to brand events and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cosmetics.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience mindset.
