Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Deputy Manager in Beverley to blend shop floor excellence with team coaching. You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, drive sales, and ensure superb customer experiences in a luxury environment.

Bring strong retail or customer service experience, a flair for leadership, and a passion for coaching. The role covers inventory, cash handling and back‑office tasks during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• You don’t want to sit behind a desk all day and enjoy the energy of retail.
• You are results driven and turn conversations into purchases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Be the product expert and handle complex customer questions.
• Own the operations side including inventory and cash handling.
• Develop your team through coaching and drive sales growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold luxury boutique standards.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Are results driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally turn conversations into purchases.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
