Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a mobile Assistant Store Manager to cover the Glasgow area. You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies, acting as a product expert and brand ambassador to deliver our Feel Good Experience.

Role involves owning operations, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth back-office tasks like inventory and cash handling while you drive store performance across the Glasgow area.

• Results-driven with ability to turn conversations into purchases.

• Co-lead rota planning with Store Manager and support shop floor operations.
• Coach and develop team to hit targets and provide great customer service.

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Can't imagine being behind a desk all day. You get a genuine kick out of retail - the rush, the variety, the puzzle-solving.
• Are results driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally turn conversations into purchases.
• Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).
• You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
