Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee sales performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence in an optically advanced environment.

The role offers ongoing training and development within a global eyecare network. With leadership at the core, you will empower staff, deliver top-tier service, and champion eye care services using the latest optical technology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results.
• Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
