Magnet is seeking a Store Manager for the Clapham Showroom in London. You will lead a team, drive sales performance, and help customers realise dream kitchens while building a motivated workforce.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, a proven sales track record, and the flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

£40,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £50,000+)

As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.

Who we’re looking for

• At least 2-3 years experience in the retail industry leading a team, desirably withinKBB
• A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
