Job summary

Magnet is hiring a Kitchen Sales Designer in Doncaster to own the customer journey from showroom inquiry to installation. You will design bespoke kitchens, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while protecting margin.

A base salary of £26,550 with uncapped commission forms the earnings mix, with an OTE of £35,000+ in a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will convert enquiries, design layouts, visit homes, and pursue upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Understanding of the home improvement industry is desirable.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
