Job summary

Magnet, the UK's leading kitchen specialist, is hiring a Kitchen Sales Designer for our Caterham Showroom. You will own the customer journey from first showroom contact to installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs that balance creativity with commercial value and exceptional service.

You’ll convert enquiries, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct home visits to identify upselling opportunities, while working toward challenging targets and growing your earnings through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirable but not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
