Job summary

Magnet, the UK’s leading kitchen specialist, is seeking a showroom-based sales role in Bristol Cribbs Causeway. You will convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and build strong customer relationships from start to finish.

You’ll manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, upsell opportunities, and deliver against sales targets while protecting margin. Weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Excellent customer service focus and strong communication.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £65,000+)

What you’ll be doing

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
