Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in Trowbridge to own the customer journey from initial showroom discussion to installation. You will create tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design spaces with balance between creativity and commercial value, manage pipelines and conduct home visits to identify upselling opportunities, all while meeting sales targets and protecting margins.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £45,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
