Job summary

Magnet is seeking a DesignateStore Manager in the East London area to lead one of our showrooms and drive sales performance. You will receive regional training, build a motivated team, and help customers create their dream kitchens. The role offers progression opportunities and a competitive package with a monthly car allowance.

You’ll manage a showroom team, deliver against targets, and represent Magnet’s values in a dynamic retail environment across the region.

• 2–3 years of experience in retail leading a team.

DOE(OTE circa £50,000+), plus car allowence £5,600

As a DesignateStore Manageryou will receivetraining across the region to then be able to lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.

Who we’re looking for

• At least 2-3 years experience in the retail industry leading a team, desirably withinKBB
• A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
