Job summary

Mulberry is opening a brand-new store and seeks an inspiring Store Leader to join from 1 November. You will build and lead the team from day one, shaping culture, customer experience and growth while aligning with Mulberry Spirit and Back to the Mulberry Spirit strategy.

You will be passionate about people, focused on delivering exceptional customer service, and committed to learning and developing yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to coach others.
• Ability to drive sales through commercial awareness and planning.

Mulberry is delighted to be opening a brand-new store and we are looking for an inspiring Store Leader to join us from 1 November and play a key role in building and leading the team from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, customer experience and success of a new Mulberry store whilst contributing to an exciting period of growth for the brand.

As a Store Leader at Mulberry you will lead your store and your team to succeed. To do this you must be passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and open to learning and developing yourself and others. We want you to strive to be an expert within your field and be excited to to play your part in our 'Back to the Mulberry Spirit' strategy.
